"Topo to Raster 3D analyst tool" in ArcGIS 9.2 ArcToolbox allowed me to
take a random Z value point Shapefile and convert to a Raster file. I
then took the raster file to create contours from the raster.

National Hydro Network expansion in Northern Ontario
The National Hydro Network has now expanded to include Northern Ontario, Geobase announced on April 2, 2008. This will include 23 NHL drainage areas. For further details see GeoBase - News
