Topo To Raster Tool in ArcGIS
"Topo to Raster 3D analyst tool" in ArcGIS 9.2 ArcToolbox allowed me to
take a random Z value point Shapefile and convert to a Raster file. I
then took the raster file to create contours from the raster.

A new batch of contour files for the GTA fell in our laps and are now
